The Room
Citrone Italian Chophouse is located in a 1922 Heritage Award–winning building in the historic district of downtown Redlands. The restaurant features a craftsman-style indoor dining area and an outdoor patio for warmer evenings.
The Table
Founded in the spring of 1995, Citrone embraces the small-town culture of Redlands — local friendships, superior service, and a menu that ranges across fresh salads, house-made pasta, wood-fired pizza, fish, and prime cuts dry-aged in-house. Daily seasonal specials run alongside the regular menu.
The Cellar
Citrone has held the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for years running. The list holds more than seven hundred selections, with a focus on West Coast and Italian wines that complement the kitchen.
The bar carries premium liquors, craft beers, cognacs, ports, and classic martinis.
